Rosswood Stud and Bathurst Harness Racing Club are proud to be joining forces to host a race meeting on the 29th August 2012.

The meeting will feature the stallions which are standing at Rosswood, being Mister Swinger and Righteous Hanover.

On the night, each winner of the races will receive a $1,000 voucher to use at Rosswood. The second place runners will receive a $500 voucher and the third place runners will receive a $250.00 voucher.

The vouchers cannot be run in conjunction with any other Deals, discounts and return services. Or what ever is determined by the stud master as an existing discount. Whilst connections could acquire more than one voucher, only one voucher is permitted per mare served.

On the 12th of October meeting at Bathurst, Rosswood will have the opportunity to sponsor the feature race and donate a service fee for the winner of that race, to any of the Rosswood sires.

Mister Swinger is a son of Village Jasper and out of Baby Boomer. He had 69 starts in his career for 22 wins, 7 seconds and 8 thirds. During his career, he won 2 group one races and three group two races.

He won such races as the Shepparton cup, Ballarat cup, Cranbourne Cup, Hondo Grattan Sprint and the Winter Championship final. His best winning mile rate is 1:57.6. This is his second season at stud.

Righteous Hanover is a son of Western Hanover out or Rich N Elegant. He had a short racing career having 25 starts for 4 wins, 4 seconds and 5 thirds.

He had a best winning mile rate of 1:53.4ms and also recorded a 1:54.5 ms as a three year old. He is also the brother to outstanding race horses such as Rocknroll Hanover, Royalflush Hanover, Red River Hanover and Rustler Hanover.

At the present time he has had 52 horses to the track for 22 winners.

So by nominating your horses for the 29th August you might have a chance to secure a voucher for your broodmare, compliments of Rosswood Stud.
