Swedish invader Sanity (8g Love You-Flash Light-Mack Lobell) overcame a 25 meter penalty to win today's Gr. III 120,000 euro purse European Prix de Brest for upper level performers at Paris-Vincennes.

Handled by Franck Ouvrie for trainer Malin Lofgren and owner Stall Sanity, the pair rallied late for a close victory over Tornade du Digeon and long shot Sierra Leone. Sanity won for the 28th time now for earnings of 915,895 euro. This handicap race was the Quinte+ event of the day, with a 2.8 million euro jackpot, and it produced a competitive driving finish to the line.
