Tintin In America's brilliant daughter Shartin hoisted a fresh world record for a female pacer on a mile track of 1:46.8 when she captured the $US183,500 Lady Liberty at The Meadowlands on Saturday (August 3).
Sent to the top from the outset, the five-year-old carved out fractions of 26, 27.8, 27.2 and 25.8 in her historic mile.
She won by three lengths.
Shartin has won 12 of her 12 starts this year for $US742,927 in stakes. Her lifetime tally stands at $US1,872,280.
Tintin In America was also represented by the Echuca winner on Thursday night (August 1) in Castafiore.
The YIrribee Pacing Stud bred youngster Chasing The Wind, the winner of the Group 2 NSW Breeders Challenge True Final at its first start, made it two for two at Bathurst on Wednesday (July 31), rating 1:57.9 over 1730 metres.
Yirribee landed a double at Leeton on Tuesday (July 29) with the Million Dollar Cam three-year-old Kyalla Playboy and the homebred four-year-old King Fisher. The latter won again at Wagga on Sunday (August 4) in a career-best 1:56.6.
Tintin In America and Million Dollar Cam are part of the Yirribee Pacing Stud sire roster which also includes Lazarus, Lennytheshark, Fear The Dragon, Caribbean Blaster and Warrawee Needy.
