The results of harness racing along the eastern seaboard this week further cemented Yirribee Pacing Stud's reputation as one of the leading standardbred nurseries in the country.
The Wagga based stud bred no less than six winners for the week – three in NSW, two in Victoria and one in Queensland.
The haul included a winning double at Wagga with Million Dollar Gem (1:58.7, by Million Dollar Cam) and the three-year-old Nobbys Clock (1:57.6, by Lombo Pocket Watch).
Weona Luke (1:54, Menangle), Offthetopofmyhead (1:56.2, Albion Park), the three-year-old Hudsen (Cranbourne) and Racene (Mildura) were other winners bred by Yirribee Pacing Stud.
Besides Nobbys Clock, Lombo Pocket Watchalso sired the 1:56.5 Bathurst winner Watchoutnexttime and a 'new' winner Ifbutzandmaybes (Hobart).
Tintin In America left important winners on both sides of the Tasman in Gods Spirit NZ, an impressive end-to-end winner in 1:52.5 at Menangle, and Ella Jaccka, who notched her fourth win at Gore, New Zealand.
To complete another busy week, the talented Caribbean Blaster three-year-old Blaster Ranger posted win No. 7 at Wagga last Friday (August 9).
Tintin In America, Million Dollar Cam, Caribbean Blaster and Lombo Pocket Watch are part of an imposing Yirribee Pacing Stud roster for the 2019/20 season which also includes champion Ausralasian pacers Lazarus and Lennytheshark and the top flight American performers Fear The Dragon and Warrawee Needy.
