The import from the USA scored in 1.11.3kr over 2140 meters autostart to defeat nine rivals and earn 150,000SEK. It was the seventh lifetime win in 33 starts for the five year-old son of Donato Hanover. Other USA imports Kash's Cantab and Formula One ended second and third.

April 12, 2014 Eskilstuna, Olympiatravet test 3 (final April 26), 150,000SEK to winner, 2140 meters autostart, 10 starters, 1.11.3kr

2nd Kash's Cantab, Bjorn Goop, USA

3rd Formula One, Orjan Kilhstrom, USA (recovered from early break)

4th Kaffir Face. Lutfi Kolgjini

Solvato's victory set up the Olympiatravet field. Two horses qualified and one wildcard was handed out.

"I'm very happy to be a part of Olympiatravet, especially at Aby as it by our home race track," said trainer/driver Veijo Heiskanen.

The gold division and the Olympiatravet qualification race was the main event of Saturday's V75. The race included the biggest favorite of the day, Formula One, but he went off stride just in the beginning of the race. Instead we saw a fantastic performance by USA-born Solvato.

He got to the lead 600 meters into the race and was unstoppable with a clar victory. Trainer Heiskanen said about the race: "This time I drove him with high speed directly from the start. He felt great and when he crossed the finishing line he could have had the same speed for a couple of hundred meters more. I hope he can perform like this many years to come."

Behind Solvato, the Stig H Johansson trained and Bjorn Goop driven Kash's Cantab grabbed second and was invited to the Olympiatravet.

Jon Walter Pedersen, sports director of Ãby and in charge of Olympiatravet, was at Eskilstuna and was pleased with the result. He gave away one more wildcard to Olympiatravet, saying "We have sent an invite to Brad de Veluwe and Tuomas Korvenoja has returned with a yes answer! We have one more wildcard to hand out and we're hoping to bring in a French horse."

The line-up for Olympiatravet to-date is:
Sanity and Harry Haythrow (from qualification race 1)
Noras Bean and Mr Picolit (from qualification race 2)
Solvato and Kash's Cantab (from qualification race 3)
Yarrah Boko and Brad de Veluwe (wildcards)
