Sydney's Bankstown Paceway, will have the privilege of hosting the 30th running of the Sydney Cup at our gala carnival race night on Friday, March 28th, 2014 - with the first race set to commence at 6.30 pm - and an action packed event programme, including the time honoured 2014 Schweppes Sydney Cup and other associated pacing events," according to Bankstown Paceway director Andrew Ho.
"Whether you're a harness racing enthusiast, an occasional punter, part of the hard partying glitterati, or a hard working family just looking for a fun night out, we are delighted to extend an invitation to you to be part of history - and share in the experience of this highlight harness racing event on March 28th - with our glamour and action packed night racing extravaganza featuring live entertainment, Fashions on the Field race wear competition, family fun and children's activities, competitions, lots of prizes and giveaways galore for all race goers, plus so much more," Mr Ho told Harnesslink.

The 30th Schweppes Sydney Cup Carnival Gala Race Night will be held at the heart of Australian harness racing, Sydney's Bankstown Paceway, 178 Eldridge Road, Bankstown, on Friday, March 28th, 2014, with the first race set to start at 6.30 pm. Gates open at 5.30 pm and racecourse entry is free.
