December 11, 2015 - Herve Soinneau teamed his owned/trained Tallien (8g Extreme Aunou-Gyka de la Chaise) to victory at 9/2 odds at Vincennes in the Quinte+ (jackpot €4.1 million jackpot) Prix de Genozac  (purse €50,000, 2700 meters, 18 starters). Timed in 1.14.1kr the winner bested 4.4/1 Triton de Meunier (8g Camelia du Donjon-Ora de Meunier) and driver Franck Nivard with third to 10.4/1 Ultra du Gede (7g Memphis du Rib-Bayonne) and Olivier Raffin.

At Cagnes sur mer the Prix Varenne (purse €42,000, 2925 meters, 18 starters) went to Truman Dairpet (8g Biesolo-Heloise Poterie) for trainer/driver Nicolas Ensch at 3.2/1 odds. Owned by Ecurie du Haras de L’Epinay the winner scored in 1.14.4kr for his 18th victory in 70 starts, now foe earnings in excess of €408,000. 12.3/1 Urial d’Harcouel (7m Tenor de Baune-Nelline d’Harcouel) was next for David Bekaert and third to 5/1 Very Nice Marceaux (6m Jag de Bellouet-Jolie Fortuna) and Pierre Vercruysse.

On Wednesday, December 9, major events took place at Bergsaker and Solvalla as both tracks were part of the V86 program. The Gr. II International Electroskandia at Bergsaker (200,000SEK to winner, 2140 meters autostart, three year-old fillies) went to favorite and Robert Bergh teamed Timbal (3f From Above-Clear as a Bell-Super Arnie). Tro Lo Lo (3f Pine Chip-Tra La La-Valley Victory) was second for Leif Witasp with Cayenne Ovel (3f From Above-Piova Kronos-Viking Kronos) third for Jorma Kontio. Fourth was Treasure Kronos (3f Raja Mirchi-Glide About-Yankee Glide) handled by Christoffer Eriksson for trainer Jerry Riordan. Bred by Allev. Kronos this one is owned by north American based David Goodrow and Jeffrey Snyder.

At Bergsaker the Jason Montage for 60,000SEK to the winner of the 1640 meter autostart event, went to the Leif Witasp trained/driven Cool Keeper (5m Broadway Hall-Missys Go Go-Yankee Glide) as that one defeated David Sisu (7m Lindy Lane-Keystone Delicious-American Winner) handled by Jorma Kontio. Third was Labero Broline (7m Pine Chip-Armbro Natural-Speedy Crown) and teamster Daniel Wajersten.

Two year-olds contested Solvalla’s Vinterfavoritem over 2140 meters autostart with 200,000SEK to winner. Undine (2f Zola Boko-Landlubber-Malabar Circle As) took this event for driver Orjan Kihlstrom. Second was Gareth Boko (2m Make It Happen-Vanilla Boko-Pine Chip) for Per Lennartsson with third to Detroit Rock Sisu (2m Scarlet Knight-Klara Sisu-Fleuron Perrine) and driver Tuomas Korvenoja.
