HARRINGTON, DE - Nanticoke Racing, Ed Maas and Arlene Paisley's Terror At Night ($5.80, Jim Morand) was a 1:53.2 winner in the $15,000 Mares Open Tuesday at Harrington Raceway.

Terror At Night took the lead at the quarter mile from Artrageous through an opening panel of 27.2 seconds. It would stay that way through a half-mile in 56.2 seconds and three-quarters in 1:25. In deep stretch, Terror At Night was full of pace and held off the pocket sitter by a half-length.

Artrageous was second with Shesarocker third. Trained by Les Givens, "Terror" is a daughter of Western Terror and achieved her 8th win of the year.

In the sub-featured $11,000 Mares Open II, Rushcreek Stables' Clarebear ($3, Tony Morgan) was a 1:53.3 winner for trainer Sheldon Powell over Springforth and Skateboard Chic.
