Four of the six starters in the $30,000 headliner return this week from the last Thursday feature pace. Eddie and Kathy Davis' Nova Artist, driven to a third-place finish losing by a neck within the bike takes on sharp Ken Wood, Bill Dittmar and Steve Iaquinta's Adventure Bound reined by , Harry von Knoblauch's Texican N, driven by , KDM Stable's Bullet Speed with . Returning from a quick trip to a Yonkers feature, Escape The News will be handled by meet leading driver for owners Howard Taylor, JJK Stable, Weave Bruscemi and Burke Racing. Making his first local start is VIP Internet and Baron Racing's E Z Noah with Vic Kirby leaving from the rail.
The $27,500 Delaware Special is a wide-open affair. Two starters Kovach Stable's Feel Like A Fool () and 's Democracy N ( ) step up in class after scoring wins last time out. Legacy Racing and Reg Hazzard's Papa Ray ( ), Max Walton and Greg Papaleo's Mustang Art ( ) and Its That Time ( .) drop down from the Preferred ranks.
The other performers are Mary Ann Larrimore's Believe This Bob () who is in rare form, 's Malak Uswaad N ( ) making his first start since early in the meet, and Toby Lynch owned, trained and driven Sunshine Superman.
Nine start in the $18,000 4&5-Year-Old Open led by Charlie Dombeck, David Bier and trainer-driver's Bandolito, J.L. Benson's Mr. Dennis ( ) and Robin and Jay Breasure's People Are Crazy ( ).
Earlier in the high powered 15-race card, Logamotion () brings a five-race win streak into a $13,000 4&5-Year-Old pace.
