Track record holder Margarita Bi headlines the ninth race feature trot at the Hippodrome 3R as the five-year-old mare tries for her sixth win of the year.

Trained by Tiffany Staley for driver/owner Denis St Pierre, Margarita Bi loves racing at the Hippodrome 3R and has not lost at the track the entire season. The daughter of Andover Hall from the Valley Victory mare Avona Bessi, trotted the fastest mile ever by a mare on June 14 with a 1:57.2 lifetime mark.

She will start from post six against eight rivals, three of them are also mares. Margarita Bi is the 5/2 morning line favorite and has won four of her last six starts.

Her main competition will come from Bel Gazou in post two. The oldest competitor in the field at age 10, Bel Gazou was second in his last start despite being parked out first-over for the mile race. He has two wins this year in five starts for driver/trainer Martin Gingras, who also owns Bel Gazou.

Other rivals are Beer Maggs (post 1), Erge Baboche (post 3) and Caroluzzo (post 5).
