DOVER, Del. --- Star Recruit owns a glittering record of four wins and a second in his last five starts at Dover Down in the Tuesday, Dec. 16 feature $20,000 4&5-Year-Old Claiming pace. Post time is 4:30 p.m.

Dominating the $20,000 claiming ranks since arriving, Black magic Racing's Star Recruit recorded a 1:52.4 victory last week over an 'off' track with Corey Callahan holding the lines. Bettor And Bold, driven by Trace Tetrick for Tim Tetrick and CC Racing, also has excellent credentials with four wins in his last seven outings. George Dennis will drive Frank Chick's Quincy from the rail.

Russ Foster's Alexis Style, with Vic Kirby, is another who should like the change to an inside post position. Troy and Todd Tribett's Ziggy Sky and Ross Wolfenden makes his claiming debut. Beaver Creek Farm's Blueridge Dancer will be driven by Montrell Teague. Sheila and Steve Daugherty's Panic Disorder is another starter racing for a tag. Z Tam Stables' Wilbur's Z Tam reined by Allan Davis must overcome starting on the outside, from post 8.

Monday through Thursday racing starts at 4:30 p.m. The annual Delaware Christmas Break from racing begins this Friday, Dec. 19 and continues until racing resumes on Sunday, Dec. 28.

Simulcasting of harness and thoroughbred racing is available daily from 12 Noon until 12 Midnight. There is no charge for parking and admission. Reservations are suggested for the Winner's Circle Restaurant and for those planning to stay at Dover Downs Hotel. Call 302-674-4600.
