Saturday’s Kincsem Park featured Istvan Szent DIJ (purse 2,000,000HUf, 1960 meters distance handicap) is raced over two heats with best in summary determining the end result.
The 60 meter handicapped Ujrazz! (6m Maximus Lindy-Gyorrulj!-Witsend’s Speedy) won the first harness racing heat timed in 1.15.9kr with Laszlo Kolozsi at the lines, his fourth 2019 victory. He bested Aronville (3g Calypso Capar-Saraville-What A Man) with Imre Fazekas up. Zapato was third for Tibor Hajnal.
The second heat went to 1.16.5kr timed and 60 meter handicapped Ubu Kiraly (6m Vioxx SR-Helikon-Awesome Goal) with Lajos Marton aboard. Aronville was second and first heat winner Ujrazz! took third. This enabled Ujrazz! to be best in summary ahead of Ubu Kiraly and Aronville. Kabala Menes Kft bred the winner.
The program also included the Laszlo Roszehi-Kiovacs Memorial (purse 600,000Huf, 2500 meters) and 4.1/1 Disney HR (6f Light Up de Vonnas-Times-SJs Photo) was a 1.18.1kr timed winner with Andrea Fazekas aboard for trainer Balazs Juhasz.
She rallied three wide from fifth with 600 meters remaining for the victory. The trainer teamed stablemate Rocky HR (7m Roc de Montfort-Times-SJs Photo) to a second place finish and Zseda (4f Frullino Jet-Filigran-Witsends Speedy) was third for Csaba Lakatos.
The day’s co-featured Janos Szalay Memorial (two-year olds, purse 1,100,000Huf, 1800 meters autostart) saw 2.9/1 Bazsiville (2g Calypso Capar-Izaville-Endless Sands) easily score timed in 1.21.1kr for trainer/driver Imre Fazekas.
This slick gaited colt rallied in the final turn and moved clear in the lane. Mangoraja (2m Maharajah-Savaflickan-Lord Of All) took the second check with Csaba Lakatos teaming for trainer/owner Jozsef Rutkai. Third went to Brom Lady (2f Maximus Lindy-Titan Lady-Ata Star L) with trainer Balazs Juhasz at the lines.
Unika Vik (6f Cantab Hall-Nashville OM-Uronometro) was off at 1.6/1 and looked the part winning the Falany Handicap (purse 400,000Huf, 1800 meters) timed in 1.17.7kr. Andor Angyal piloted the winner that defeated King’s Call (6g SJs Photo-Marina Eme-Adams Hall) with Emese Vezer aboard and Oldtimer Diamant (9g Arc de Triomphe-Primadonnas Lady-Titan Way) was third for Emil Csordas.
