When a new owner refused to pay full price for a stallion he claimed was impotent, a German court prescribed Viagra - and settled the dispute.

According to published reports, the horse had only one testicle and 'failed to get frisky with a female pony,' at which point the horse's new owner refused to pay full price for the stallion, which was over 4,000 euros.

A spokesperson for the court said that the horse responded to Viagra, and as a result his owner has been ordered to pay for the stallion in full.
