Clement Duvaldestin teamed the winner that is trained by his father Thierry Duvaldestin. 3.3/1 and 25 meter handicapped Brune des Forge (6f Rolling d’Heripre-Salsa d’Orgeres) was second driven by David Thomain for trainer Sebastien Guarato. Third went to 7.1/1 Voici du Roc (8g L’as de Boussiezes-Quita des Etangs) with Patrice Toutain at the lines.
Same day trotting was also at Cagnes-sur-Mer and the featured Prix Villes et Motiers d’Art (purse €33,000, 2925 meters, 15 starters) went to 5.7/1 Vardi d’Pm (8g Neoh Jiel-Heavenly) that scored in 1.15.3kr for trainer/driver Nicolas Ensch and owner Ecurie MIP. 16/1 Alexis (7g Ganymede-Myrtille des Bois) was second for Romuald Mourice, the trainer/driver, ahead of 64/1 Titan d’Abo (10g Hyperion-Foirfoville Letrat) with Stephane Cingland the pilot.
