Harness racing in Western Austrlia is mourning the passing of Grant Sullivan, who passed away in a car accident at York on Saturday.

Sullivan trained fast class pacer Just Jasper to win 21 races, including a Brennan Cup, Past Presidents Cup and a Memorial Day Stakes.

Master Man also won six races under Sullivan's tutelage.

Just Jasper broke down in the Spring of 2008 before Sullivan was able to get him back to the race track and win first up in a free-for-all on October 2, 2009.

The passing of Sullivan follows hard on the heels of the deaths of fellow harness racing horseman Brett Duschka and Ross Keys.
