Wednesday 11th February 2015 - Leading harness racing trainer Shaun Snudden and stable driver Corey Bell set new personal bests with four winners at Wagga on Tuesday night. Snudden had previously trained several trebles, while for Bell it was the highlight of his fledgling driving career.

The stable won the first three races with Classiemahon, Riseandriseagain and Northern Line before making it four with Cams Victories in race five.

"I have had a fair few trebles, but this is the first time I have had four," Snudden said.

"I thought the six horses were all winning hopes. Sometimes you think you have three or four winning chances but tonight the six were all in races they could win."

Snudden's other two runners, Jiven Jerry and Whisper Away, also started favourite but finished out of a placing. With less than six months of the season complete, Snudden has brought up 50 winners and has many more race meetings ahead.

"I have 28 horses in work and trying to place them all where they can be competitive is a job in itself," he said.

"We have Parkes (Wednesday night), Cobram and then Leeton on Friday so there is plenty of racing to keep you busy."

The combination's six starters all ran as favourites with Snudden pleased to finish with four.

"You need the right horses and a bit of luck," he said.

Riseandriseagain is building a strong record for owner Brendon Webb with six wins and as many placings from 17 starts. The four-year-old previously raced in Sydney with two other trainers before finding his way to Snudden at Narrandera.

His time of 1.57.5 seconds for the 1755 metres compares favourably with the track record of 1.56.6.

Classiemahon is raced in the same interests as consistent mare Amanda Von and has won three times for his new owners. The gelding had to do it tough racing three wide from the 1000 metres.
