DOVER, Del.---- Two return winners from last week - Spunky Jack and Ashes Cash - move up to the $20,000 Open Handicap trot on Wednesday, Feb. 19 at Dover Downs. First post is 4:30 p.m.

Both Walt Callam's Spunky Jack with Roger Plante and Vito Cucci's Ashes Cash and Ross Wolfenden were wire-to-wire winners. Spunky Jack has three wins already this meet while Ashes Cash has two win in his last three outings.

Allan Davis will drive Ken Wood, Bill Dittmar and Steve Iaquinta Enrico AS; David Miller's Cash On Delivery, driven by Vince Copeland and two starters back from last week's Open, Mandabra, racing for C.A. Bonuccelli and Nick and Shaun Callahan with Corey Callahan driving, and Jersey Boy, Trace Tetrick driving for owners Dawn Gannon, Yannick Gingras and Dom Costanzo's Jersey Boy, complete the field.

In a $15,000 Winners-Over trot, Steve Moss' Sand Top Gun (Vic Kirby) and Benbar Stables' Cadillac Cruiser (Eddie Davis Jr.) drew posts 1 and 2. Each won their previous starts in the seven-horse field. Meanwhile Warren Racing and Dylan Davis' Striking Wave is the one to beat in a $14,500 4&5-Year-Old Winners-Over trot.
