Plainville, MA --- After a three-year layoff from harness racing, Whiskey Lindy made his first start back this August a winning one and has repeated that outcome every week since. He extended his streak to six on Friday (Nov. 1) after he won the $12,000 conditioned trotting feature at Plainridge Park.

As he has done just about every week this year, Whiskey Lindy (Bruce Ranger) went right to the front and controlled his own destiny. Setting fractions of :28.1, :58.4 and 1:27.3 along the way, whiskey Lindy turned for home and pulled away to a 3-1/2 length margin of victory in 1:57.3.

The undefeated Whiskey Lindy ($2.40) now boasts earnings of $35,000 this year for his owners Greathorse and trainer Domenico Cecere.

Racing resumes at Plainridge Park on Monday (Nov. 4) at 1 p.m.
