We will be playing races all over the continent this Saturday afternoon and evening. Headlining the weekend action is the $400,000 Adios Pace Final for three-year-old colts at the Meadows. It’s an afternoon program of top stakes action.

Then at night we focus on the Meadowlands with a flurry of pacing and trotting stars on the track plus we have action at Yonkers, Mohawk and Pocono Downs. Good Luck!

$114,175 Pace Adioo Volo 3yo fillies The Meadows

10th race SATURDAY AFTERNOON – We have 11 fillies going to post and while Gallie Bythe Beach will looms as the odds on favorite, she still is winless this year in six starts. Granted they have been against top fillies, but she is still winless. Thus I am rolling the dice and going with Marathon Day. Her only knock is starting from the outside in post nine, but she has won from that far out two starts back, has great gate speed and will get a strong drive from Tyler Smith. Use Gallie Bythe Beach and Beach Gal in exotic plays.

$400,000 Pace Adios Final 3yo colts The Meadows

12th race SATURDAY AFTERNOON – After drawing a good inside post two for the final, it is impossible not to pick McWicked to win it all. He has been excellent for trainer Casie Coleman, on a three-race winning streak that includes his 1:47.3 Hempt victory and has Hall of Famer David Miller driving to boot. Use At Press Time and Let’s Drink On It in exotic plays.

$40,000 Pace Lady Liberty elims FFA mares The Meadowlands

4th race SATURDAY – Despite his entry finishing in a dead heat for fifth place last time out, Joe Holloway’s Shebestingin/Somwherovrarainbow should be able to rebound against this field. They are both world class mares and I can’t see them both throwing in another clunker. Use Drop The Ball and the entry of Krispy Apple/Shelliscape/Anndrovette in exotic plays.

$35,000 Trot Hambletonian Oaks Prep 3yo fillies The Meadowlands

5th race SATURDAY – This is the tune-up for next weeks $500,000 final but the results should still be the same. Shake It Cerry is on her best game with five wins in six starts and with excellent inside post position she should be able to beat these again. Use Designed To Be and Cooler Schooner in exotic plays.

$40,000 Pace FFA Handicap Older Horses The Meadowlands

6th race SATURDAY – Can Captaintreacherous rebound and take it to Sweet Lou? They have battled the last two starts and Sweet Lou has emerged too tough to beat. Look for Sweet Lou to make it seven straight wins in here. Use Captaintreacherous and Golden Receiver in exotic plays.

$50,000 Trot Cashman Memorial elims Older Horse Meadowlands

7th race SATURDAY – While Intimidate was the lion-slayer last week against Sebastian K, it was on a sloppy track and I don’t think he can do it again. Market Share was right on their heels in that mile and with the rail I see him being too tough to lose again. Use Royalty For Life and Intimidate in exotic plays.

$44,000 Pace Open Handicap Yonkers Raceway

6th race SATURDAY – Looking for the Linda Toscano Stable to have a big weekend and Heston Blue Chip is one of the reasons why. With decent inside post he should be able to work out a good trip in here and reward his backers with a decent price in this well matched field. Use Bettor Than You and Life Up Front in exotic plays.

$25,000 Pace Preferred Handicap Pocono Downs

10th race SATURDAY – Is there no stopping Dancin Yankee these days? Would love to see him take on Sweet Lou again. Dancin Yankee sports 13 wins this year, is on a five-race win streak, eight of his last nine starts and is one of the best FFA pacers in the world. Use Bolt The Duer and Mach It So in exotic plays.

$50,000 Trot Cashman Memorial elims Older Horse Meadowlands

11th race SATURDAY – The unthinkable did happen last week as Sebastian K got nosed out in the Maple Leaf Trot final over a sloppy track. I don’t think that will happen again as he returns to his favorite track tonight. World class performer should be able to make amends with a big effort in here. Use Arch Madness and Uncle Peter in exotic plays.

$34,000 Pace Preferred Handicap Mohawk Raceway

10th race SATURDAY - He is Canada's top free for all pacer and despite having to start from the far outside in post 8, State Treasurer should be able to take this field. He's done it before form this far out. Classy performer has six wins in just nine starts and the ability to win from both on and off the pace. Use Ellis Park and Duc Dorleans in exotic plays.
