Olympic Kronos (2.11)  and Noras Bean (2.98) provided our two stand alone anchors while Angelo Am (1.99) and Twin's Fairytale (1.61) also got up for as favourites dominated the V75.

We also had Asterix Hornline as an alternate in Leg 6 but we were undone in the two mares races and though we had five legs, the pick 5 option jackpotted. It was a pretty miserly V75 anyway, with only one outsider coming home.

In France, we only got one out of three with favourite Roxane Griff getting home at odds of $1.90. So for a spend of $20 on single wagers we got back a slim profit of 1.18.

Any hoo to this week, the racing is at Eskilstuna and Vincennes so good luck.

V75-1 Silver division   2640m: Claes Boko  (1) was super a fortnight ago and from this draw is a good chance to make it two in a row (and three out of four).  Selection  1

V75-2 Klass I  1640m:  Harvey Tornado (5) won at Solvalla last start, while Bjorn Goop is on the horse inside of hime, Bono Boko (4), another last start winner. Whichever of these two get to the front could decide this race.  Selection  5 (4)

V75-3 Mälarpriset, Olympiatravet heat  (Gold)  Finnish owned Formula One (2) is making his first start of the year, and he is aiming for an Elitloppet invitiation again this year. The US import has a great draw, is classy and an anchor for mine.  2140m:   Selection  2

V75-4 Apprentice race,   2140m: Bearhawaii (3) has the draw to get control of this race, but if Uroy (9) and Super Photogenic (10)  get the right run from the start, they could get handy and make a race of this.  Selection  3-9-10

V75-5 Diamantstoet Elite mares  2140m:  Conrads Elsa (2), Freja Dund (7) and KJ’s Crazy Lady (11) from the front line, while from the 20m Wiss Shadow (14) and an outsider from Anders Svanstedt’s barn Opportunity (13),  are my picks in this.  Selection  2-7-11-14-13

V75-6 Bronze division  1640mA very even field but I’m going for the front liners Ponziopilato Stra (1) Castor Boko (3) and Trailing Edge (6) plus Lutfi Kolgjini’s Viking America (12) off the second row.  Selection  1-3-6-12

V75-7 Klass II  2640m: Maverick Man (5) has won four in a row, while Ready For More (4) inside him had a four win streak ended at Orebro last start with a second. From handy draws, these two to fight it out.  Selection  5 (4)

R5 Prix Hemine Gr2 monte  2175m: Phillipe Allaire has the two dominant under saddle horses of their gender involved here and while fillies hold their own more in montes than under harness, I think that Bird Parker (8) will be too strong for Bomba (6). Selection  8

R8 Prix Henri Levesque  Gr2 2175m: The in form Viking de Val (10) and Villeroi (9) come up against a former top 3YO who has come back into form in Vanika du Ruel (15). I went for the stallion last time, and betting is all about consistency. So Viking de Val gets my nod, just. Selection 10
