WASHINGTON, PA, July 29, 2014 -- Boytown, a converted claimer taking his first shot in tougher company, made it look easy Tuesday at The Meadows by winning his third consecutive start in a $15,000 Winners Over $10,000 Life Trot.

Trainer Chelsey Wibert grabbed Boytown for her own account following his most recent victory in a $25,000 claimer and moved him up in class. He responded beautifully for Tony Hall, scoring at 9-1 from post 7 in 1:53.1, a career best.

Although his margin of victory over Big And Little was officially a neck, he was geared down for most of the stretch. Redder Than Red finished third. The 5-year-old American Winner-P Town Girl gelding boosted his lifetime bankroll to $244,658.

Dave Palone drove five winners and Hall three on the 15-race card.
