WASHINGTON, PA, March 19, 2014 -- G Momma rolled to her third straight victory in Wednesday's Mary Wohlmuth Memorial Trot Series at The Meadows while Mystical Melody captured her second consecutive win in the series for 3- and 4-year-old fillies and mares. The pair will square off in the series championship, which, along with the final legs of three other current Meadows series, is set for Friday, March 28. First post that day is 6:55 PM.

G Momma was sitting third when Mike Wilder moved her uncovered before the half. The 1-2 favorite scored in 1:57.4, a length better than Hierarchy. Boo's Party Girl closed for third. Paul Corey trains G Momma, a 4-year-old daughter of SJ's Caviar-Strike Ten, for Howard Kaufman, Joshua Kaufman and William Eltzroth.

Mystical Melody made a similar first-over move for Dave Palone with similar results, as she drew away to prevail by 5-3/4 lengths in 1:58.2. Mina rallied from last for second while Regal Dynamite completed the ticket. Clay Faurot, Jr. conditions Mystical Melody, a 4-year-old daughter of Muscle Mass-Winning Tribute who was bothered and broke stride in the opening Wohlmuth leg, for Chelsey Wibert.

It was one of three wins on the 15-race card for Palone.
