Magic Will Work stalked the leader, Mistress Valentine, from the pocket, then drew off in the Lightning Lane to triumph in 1:54.4, a lifetime mark. Mistress Valentine saved place, 2-1/2 lengths back, with Homepage third.trains the daughter of -Raquel Victory, who soared over $100,000 in career earnings.
Elsewhere on the program, freshman pacer Given Up Terror scored in 1:55.4, fastest this year by a 2-year-old gelding on a five-eighths-mile track.piloted the son of -Ain't Given Up for trainer Lisa Beinhauer and owner Chad Parker.

On Thursday, July 3, The Meadows Racetrack & Casino will offer a $5,000-guaranteed pool for its Pick 5 wager as part of the United States Trotting Association's Strategic Wagering Initiative. The Meadows added the “instant” guarantee after Wednesday’s Pick 5 was uncovered, resulting in a $1,215.59 carryover.
Minimum wager for the Pick 5 (Races 11-15) is 50 cents. Since Pennsylvania law requires a minimum per-race wager of $2, a player wagering at the 50-cent level must bet at least four tickets.
