WASHINGTON, PA, Dec. 16, 2015 — Dave Palone, harness racing's "winningest" driver, padded his lead over the sport's reinsmen Wednesday at The Meadows when he collected seven wins on the 15-race program. Palone drove a pair of winners for trainer Ron Burke and one each for trainers Rod Bolon, Brent Davis, Kelly O'Donnell, Norm Parker and Brandon Presto.
In Tuesday's feature, the $15,000 Filly & Mare Not Listed Preferred Pace, Macharoundtheclock added blinkers and rolled to a front-end victory in 1:52.4 for Mike Wilder, trainer Tim Twaddle and owner Birnam Wood Farms. Jaded Dream rallied for second, a length back, with Misssomebeach Blue third.
The 5-year-old homebred daughter of Mach Three-Summers Soul extended her career bankroll to $494,873.
