WASHINGTON, PA, Nov. 10, 2015 — Dismissed at a juicy 16-1, Unefoisdansmavie followed live cover into the final turn, then zipped through the sloppy stretch to capture Tuesday's $18,000 Filly & Mare Winners Over $10,000 Life/Preferred Handicap Trot at The Meadows.
Unefoisdansmavie trailed her stablemate, Barn Girl, by 2-1/2 lengths at the top of the lane, but the 8-year-old daughter of Revenue S-Peace To The World responded to Eric Goodell's urging and nailed Barn Girl by a head in 1:56. The first-over Mistress Valentine raced well for show.
Ron Burke trains Unefoisdansmavie, who extended her career bankroll to $539,687, for Burke Racing Stable, Weaver Bruscemi LLC and Jack Piatt III.
Tony Hall notched three winners on the 15-race card.
