World champion Buck I St Pat turned in a 1:53.3 clocking to take the fastest of two $50,000 eliminations for the Armbro Flight Stakes for older trotting mares on Friday night at Mohawk Racetrack. The other split went to Autumn Escapade who notched her first win of the 2009 season with a solid 1:54.1 victory.

Falls For You turned in an impressive two-move effort to capture the $361,225 Armbro Flight Final for older trotting mares Saturday at Mohawk Racetrack in 1:53.4 and, in the process, became the newest member of harness racing's millionaire's club.

"She's more consistent this year. Last year she'd throw in a clunker every now and then." That's how trainer-of-record, Ron Parsons, describes five-year-old Buck I St Pat, who makes his barn her home when racing in Canada.

Mike Vanderkemp trainee, Up Front Hotsey, survived a recall at the start and a troubled second try behind the gate, to extend her win streak to three tonight as she captured her $50,000 elimination for next Saturday’s Armbro Flight Stakes for trotting fillies and mares.

Recent winner of the $85,000 Classic Oaks, Up Front Hotsey, will be among the 15 mighty trotting mares going postward Saturday night in the elimination round for the upcoming $354,000 Armbro Flight Stakes at Mohawk.
