Best In Show gave her Toscano first Meadowlands Pace trophy this past Saturday at The Meadowlands. She will talk about the week she has had and illude to some of the great things that have happened in her Hall of Fame career. Clements, from Off And Pacing, joins the show this week to talk about some new features coming to the game along with some of the features that will be shown off in Catch Driver. Clements and his team have worked tirelessly to perfect the game and have some great updates for fans to check out in the coming weeks. Correspondent Melissa Keith sat down to talk to Truro track announcer Joe Kelly. Kelly will discuss the upcoming Atlantic Grand Circuit Week and what fans coming to the track can expect. Elkton, MD --- Post Time with Mike and Mike presented by USTA/BetAmerica kicks off their first of two live remotes at Meadowlands Racing and Entertainment on Saturday night (July 13) as they bring coverage of the 2019 harness racing Crawford Farms Meadowlands Pace. Mike and Mike will have extensive coverage of the Meadowlands Pace beginning at 8:30 p.m. via their website www.posttimewithmikeandmike.com that will run for three hours. Navy football broadcaster, announcer at Rosecroft Raceway, and most recently filling in on the radio for the Washington Nationals, Pete Medhurst will join the program as a co-host. Medhurst will provide pre- and post-race analysis, and help dissect the stakes laden program. First post at The Meadowlands on Saturday night is 7:15 p.m. For patrons on track, they can enjoy great BBQ from some of the best local food trucks and restaurants in the area. The event runs from 6-10 p.m. in the Backyard, and there will be prizes for winners in a multitude of categories. The Meadowlands will also have a multitude of promotions going on throughout the night. They begin the night with a 2019 Meadowlands Pace t-shirt giveaway at 6:30 p.m. (one per person). Melander joins the show to talk about his top three contenders (Gimpanzee, Greenshoe, and Green Manalishi S). Both Greenshoe and Green Manalishi S are entered in Saturday's Earl Beal Jr. Memorial Eliminations. Melander will talk about how they have been training up to the race and the pair will ask Melander when fans can expect to see Gimpanzee back on the track. The four Harrah's properties (Indiana Grand, Hoosier Park, Philadelphia, and Louisiana Downs) will host a handicapping challenge on Saturday June 22 featuring a top prize of $20,000, a seat at the $3,000,000 (EST) National Horseplayers Championship (NHC), and an additional $1 million cash prize if the winner of the Caesars Rewards Handicapping Challenge also with the NHC. The pair will talk with Rick Moore from Harrah's Hoosier Park about the contest and how patrons can enter for a chance at the top prizes. Schadel, co-owner of Aflame Hanover, who has been in top form as of late will join to talk about their prized gelding. Although winless in 2019, he has proven he can hang with some of the top three-year-old pacers in the country. Gingras is set for a big night at Woodbine Mohawk Park this week as he preps for their stakes weekend. He will drive Captain Victorious who tried to pull off the upset at 61/1 last week. The pair will talk to Gingras about this colt by Captaintreacherous and also discuss the big decision he had to make between Atlanta and Hannelore Hanover. Middleton, the announcer at Woodbine Mohawk Park, joins to discuss his experiences calling the big race over the years. Middleton's staple call came in 2008 when the late Somebeachsomewhere powered down the track to win for Canada. The pair will discuss with Middleton what goes into preparing for a race call like this and who he likes in the big dance. Brown who trains Workin Ona Mystery in this year's race will discuss what it has been like leading up to the North America Cup. Elkton, MD --- Post Time with Mike and Mike, presented by USTA/BetAmerica, continues their Grand Circuit harness racing tour with a stop at Woodbine Mohawk Park on Saturday (June 15) to cover the 2019 Pepsi North America Cup. Mike and Mike will have extensive coverage of the North America Cup beginning at 8 p.m. and running for three consecutive hours. The broadcast will highlight the all-stakes Pick-4, the North America Cup, and five out of the six stakes races on the evening. During the broadcast, the team of Michael Carter, Mike Bozich, Ashley Mailloux, Garnet Barnsdale, and Nicholas "Ace" Barnsdale will present live interviews from the paddock, handicapping analysis, and winner's circle reactions as the night goes on. Tickets are still on sale for the North America Cup and can be purchased from the Gift Shop or Tim Horton stand at Woodbine Mohawk Park. Guests purchasing their tickets in advance will receive a commemorative ticket. Tickets can be purchased the day of from the on-site ticket office. The ticket includes access to the trackside apron, grandstand concourse, indoor grandstand seats, and outdoor grandstand seats. For those without dining reservations, there are plenty of other options to tame your appetite. He will discuss what it takes to put together a prestigious Invitational and who he feels the contenders are in the race. Saturday night's harness racing program also features Ohio Sire Stakes action. Loney, trainer of Bully Pulpit, will discuss his Open pacer and how he feels he will handle the step up to the Grand Circuit Stage. Holzman, the trainer of pacing superstar Southwind Amazon joins the duo to discuss his top notch open pacer. Southwind Amazon heads to The Raceway at Western Fair District on Friday (May 31) to participate in the C$157,000 Camluck Classic. Holzman will talk about how he has been training up to the race, and what it has been like to have such a consistent pacer. Weingartner, the Media Relations Manager at the USTA, will join to talk about the first Hambletonian/Breeders Crown poll of the season. He will give insight into how the poll is created and how the list is created each week. Chaffee, from Caviart Farms, will discuss their top two horses in Caviart Ally and Captain Crunch. Caviart Ally is fresh off a game second place effort where she was tough as nails against Shartin N. Captain Crunch is 2 for 2 in 2019 following a dominating 2018 where she concluded the year with a Breeders Crown victory and then a win in the Governor's Cup. Mike and Mike will bring extensive harness racing coverage of the Camluck Classic beginning at 8:30 p.m., on their website, www.posttimewithmikeandmike.com. The program will run three hours. During the broadcast, the team will present live interviews from the paddock, handicapping analysis, and winner's circle reaction as the night goes on. Garnet Barnsdale and Nicholas "Ace" Barnsdale will be the reporters on site with Michael Carter. In addition to the live broadcast, Michael Carter will also be joining track announcer Shannon "Sugar" Doyle for the pre-game show on the Western Fair broadcast. McCarthy will discuss his upcoming harness racing drives on Sunday at Harrah's Philadelphia in Rodeo Rock and Caviart Ally. Both appear to be ready to take on stakes company as they head into their respective stakes on Sunday afternoon. McCarthy will discuss how they have been training and what he expects from his top Open horses. Dunn, fresh off of a Confederation Cup victory, joins to discuss his champion 4-year-old drive with Done Well and what he is looking forward to heading into the Camluck Classic in London. He will also talk about his drive on Tiger Thompson N who is having a killer year for trainer Josh Parker. He will try to pull the upset against some of the sports top Open pacers. Post Time with Mike and Mike presented by the USTA/BetAmerica, is excited to announce the line-up for Thursday morning (May 16th) at 10:30 a.m. They will be joined by Dr. Jeffrey Greenstein, Katricia Adams, James MacDonald, and Andrew 'Shades' Demsky. In a special Pacing For The Cure segment, Mike Bozich had a chance to sit down with well-known immunologist Dr. Jeffrey Greenstein. Greenstein has been integral in finding a cure for not only for Multiple Sclerosis, but for other autoimmune diseases as well. It will be the second of a two-part interview. Part one aired last Thursday (May 9th). Trainer Katricia Adams will also join the program. Adams, trainer of Indiana State Champion Fiftydallarbill, will talk about the 4-year-olds progress thus far this season. She will also talk about her career and how she got started in the sport of harness racing. Mike and Mike will also be joined by Driver James MacDonald, who picked up his 2,000th career win Monday (May 13th) at Woodbine Mohawk. He will chat about his career in the sport and what the future holds. MacDonald won the World Driving Championship at Red Shores Charlottetown in 2017. Also joining the show will be Andrew Demsky, best known as 'Shades' for wearing stylish sunglasses during his stint as public handicapper for Tampa Bay Downs. Palone is the winningest driver of all time with over 18,700 career wins. Mattei will be live from historic Churchill Downs to highlight the happenings coming up this weekend at the Kentucky Derby. A yearly tradition on the show, the trio will highlight the race and discuss possible contenders. Eisenbell works with the Pennsylvania Horse Racing Association and she joins to talk about the associations purpose and what they do to help the breeds as a whole in the state. He will return to the sulky on April 29 at Miami Valley Gaming. The pair will discuss with Smith what the process was to get back in the bike and be healthy once again. Buter won his 3,000th career victory at The Downs at Mohegan Sun Pocono on April 21. Buter, who has made over $34 million in career earnings will discuss his career and how he got into the sport of harness racing. The 2019 George Morton Levy Bracket Buster Contest is in the books and Tom Daly a handicapper from New Jersey has taken down the $250.00 first prize. Daly will join to talk about his journey through the contest and what tactics he used to win the event.
