Victorian duo Mesmerizing (by Our Sir Vancelot) and Pacific Charm (by Pacific Fella), along with Queenslander That's The Spirit (by Judge Hanover), will be contesting races this weekend and positive showings by each of them may bring their connections an invite to the Ladyship. Mesmerizing, who contested the Ladyship Mile earlier this year at Menangle, was an eye-catching third to Deanna Troy in The Blossom Lady last Saturday night.

It was her first run in nearly four months. She will compete in the Caravan Industry Vic Cup (2575 metres) at Moonee Valley on Saturday night, while two races earlier, Pacific Charm will line-up in the Gordon Rothacker Medal Pace (2160 metres). Pacific Charm split Deanna Troy and Mesmerizing last week and has been racing in consistent form this season.

That's The Spirit has arguably the hardest assignment out of the three when she competes in the Burwood Stud Pace (1660 metres) at Albion Park on Saturday night. While she may be a relative unknown outside her State, That's The Spirit is a 1:54.9 performer and boasts a win back in August over the brilliant Fleur De Lil, who has already been invited to the Ladyship.

She will go up against the likes of Grand Circuit performer Tip Your Hat and the talented, Very Cool.
