Mr. Sullivan began his gaming career in 1981 as a market analyst for the historic Harold’s Club Casino in Reno, Nevada after receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Pacific in Stockton, California.

During his esteemed career, Sullivan has held key management positions at several of the industry’s most successful gaming and hospitality companies, including MGM Grand, Harvey’s Lake Tahoe, Binion’s Horseshoe, Riviera, Grand Casinos and Sands Las Vegas. Recently, Mr. Sullivan was vice president and general manager of the Morongo Casino - Resort & Spa near Palm Springs, California where he guided the highly profitable Southern California property.
