The $199,275 event pits the two elimination division winners, Mike Butler and Samir Tawil's Native Doll with Ron Pierce driving last week's 1:52.4 winner and All Heart Gal, owned by trainer Alberto and Angela Porfilio, a top Pennsylvania Sire Stakes standout, teamed with Jim Morand, a front-pacing 1:53.1 winner in her elim, against six rivals. Rockaroundthetrack, second last time with Andy Miller driving for Brian Gordon, Toby Rekoon and Ken Wood and A&G Stables' A And Gs Princess piloted by John Campbell, the second place elim finishers. Vae LLC's Casino Nights will be driven by Tim Tetrick while Corey Callahan steers Lon Frocione's Skinny Dip, both third in the elims. Marvin Rounick's Full Picture handled by Richard Silverman drew the rail with Lady Ann Christine racing for Bob and Elberta Murray complete the field from posts 1 and 2 respectively.

In the $166,800 colt and gelding trot final, all seven return from last week's $55,600 Matron Preview won by Bob Key's Break The Bank K (Ron Pierce) upsetting odds-on favorite Lucky Chucky (John Campbell) racing for Abe Stoltzfus, Neil Goldman and trainer Chuck Sylvester. The other starters in order of elim 0f0inish are Joe and Laurie Davino's Take My Picture (Andy Miller), the Robert Rosenheim Stable 0entry of Baximum (Corey Callahan) and Can't Lose (David Miller), fourth and fifth respectively, Joe and JoAnn Thomson's Scent Of Oil (Tony Morgan) and Lasses Hastsport AB's Caviar DeVie (Mike Lachance).

Nine-race winner Costa Rica (Ron Pierce) drew post 7 while entrymate Glide By (Daniel Dube) leaves from post 3 in the $157,800 filly trot final. Christina Takter and John and Jim Fielding share ownership in both fillies while Blue Chip Bloodstock is a partner in Glide By. Spicy Wings (John Campbell) finished a strong second last week for Jerry Silva, Let It Ride and Mentally stables. Third-place finisher Jettalady (Corey Callahan) is owned by Diamond Ridge Farm while Dover-area owners Freda Ivory and Rodney Mitchell race Nannina (Brad Hanners), fourth in the Preview. The other starters are Peter Barbato's Offbroadway DeVie (Howard Parker) and Robert Rosenheim's True Advantage (David Miller). .

The 2009 Matron Colt and Gelding pace will not be raced this year. The $220,000 event was canceled and the purse shared by each of the three colts that entered.

There are five rich finals set for Sunday's program. The top purse is the $350,000 Progress Pace, the track's signature event. The Matron Stakes feature a $253,537 final for three-year-old trotters; a $214,163 filly trot and a $167,250 filly pace.

Fans arriving the track will receive a free 2009 Progress Pace cap upon showing their Capital Club card.
