The Prince Edward Island Harness Racing Industry Association and the Matinee Racetracks have rescheduled their annual Awards Banquet to Friday, January 29th, in the dining room of the Charlottetown Driving Park. Social hour is from 6 to 7 p.m. and the buffet will start at 7.
