"Cathy came to this organization during the period of transition from Elmira Raceway to Grand River Raceway. She developed many new processes and contributed a great deal to the evolution that has taken place," said Clarke.

"She also facilitated the administration of wagering opportunities at Hanover and Clinton in their intertrack operations, extending our support to their efforts. In an era where the regulatory requirements are demanding and detail-oriented, she excelled in meeting the standards of the CPMA."

In her new role, Scowcroft joins TelePhoto Technologies as Director Of Production Sales & Marketing.
