Yada Yada Yada A, Ross The Boss N and trotter JT. In addition, Wood continues his personal humanitarian project in Ghana, Africa.
Starting in Fall 2007, Wood, a longtime owner and horseman, from Easton, Md., has been traveling to and from the African nation to dig wells enabling the native population to have a water supply. He recently completed his 16th round trip.
Prior to Wood's excursions to Ghana - all at his own expense - with his own well-digging equipment and expertise, local inhabitants had to walk about five miles for water, most of which was not of drinking quality.
Wood donated his digging rig and necessary equipment [estimated at multi-hundreds of thousands of dollars], along with his highly skilled personal services, to this project. While abroad, Wood also trains the Ghana locals to continue the work. Wood has dug nearly 450 wells to help the needy people.
