In a memo postedon the Cloverleaf Standardbred Owner's Association website, Kelly Rodgers, President of Cloverleaf Enterprises, Inc., states that Rosecroft will not apply for a harness racing operating license and the track will shut down on July 1. Below is the full memo:»»»

Ocean Downs will reportedly offer only four days of harness racing this year -- Saturdays in August -- but not offer the balance of its 2010 live meet. WBOC-TV is reporting that construction on the Ocean Downs racino, scheduled for completion later this year, has caused the cancellation.»»»
