Today’s Trophee Vert second leg was the Prix de la Sagerie (purse 45,000€, 3500 meters distance handicap, 6-10 year olds) at Tours-Chambray, France and Brillant Madrik (10g Lilium Madrik - Made In Coulonces), off at 1.9/1 odds, overcame his 50 meter handicap to win in 1.15.3kr for harness racing driver Alexandre Abrivard.

He is owned by Gilbert Champie and is trained by L.C. Abrivard and this was his 24th career victory now for 482,080€ in life earnings.

Etoile du Perche (7f Pine Chip Wood) was second for P.Ph. Ploquin and trainer Vincent Sequin and raced without a distance handicap. He was off at 8.8/1 odds. Third was the 25-meter penalized and 90/1 odds Clyde de la Roche (9g Oiseau de Feux) handled by Aymeric Thomas for trainer David LIzee.

The next Trophee Vert leg will be on May 2nd at Rambouillet.
