Jordan Chibnall has been a recent addition to the harness racing form guides, and the concession driver notched up her first win since arriving in the state in Hobart last week.

The concession driver scored on Deadly Assassin last week to knock many people out of last weeks quaddie and returns to the Hobart venue again on Friday night for four drives.

It was Chibnall’s third career driving win, and her best drives appear to be early on Friday’s card.

Mach Charm will contest the opening race, who has drawn barrier two on the second row in the 30 to 49 rating event.

The seven-year-old mare finished midfield last start after working forward in the early stages to take up a forward position but draws to get a cheap run in the early stages from the second-row draw.

My Ultimate Romeo lines up in race two and had little luck over the mile last start where he was restrained to the tail where he struggled to get into the race, but was only defeated three-metres when sixth behind Oneofthelads in Hobart two starts back.

Chibnall hails from Kilmore in country Victoria, and has grown up in racing with her parents currently involved in the thoroughbred industry, and she is enjoying her time in Tasmania, where she has taken up employment with the Ben Yole stable.

“I’ll stay for as long as I can, I’m looking at a couple of years at least,” she said on TasracingTV’s Live Stream coverage after Saturday’s win.

“I thought working for Ben would give me better opportunities and so far everything has worked out good,” she added.

Friday night’s six-race card commences at 18:08 and can be seen on TasracingTV and Sky Racing 2.
