Charlottetown, PE - Eagle Jolt and harness racing driver Marc Campbell won the Saturday night featured event in 1:57.3 at Red Shores Racetrack & Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park.

Eagle Jolt pressed to the front on route to the half in 58.2 after a battle ensued between Bazillion (Brian MacPhee) and Best Risque (Jason Hughes) that posted an opening quarter in a sizzling 27.3. The pacer rolled by the three-quarters in 1:27.1. Eagle Jolt is owned by Wilbur and Marie MacDonald, Orwell Cove, PE. Idealic Life (Steven Shepherd) was second with First Art Down (Ken Murphy) completing the triactor. It was the third winner of the night for Campbell after scores earlier with Abner The Great and Casimir Luciano.

Kenny Arsenault had four winners on the program. Frill Seeker dominated the open trot in 202.1. Ebbsfleet Stables, Stratford, Ontario, owns the trotter who marked his 25th lifetime victory. Arsenault also recorded top honours with DBS Roscoe for trainer Wendell Shaw and his co-owners Robbie Shaw and Derek Folland. The pacer was impressive in 1:58. His hat-trick came with Cabo Pan Lucas owned by Gary Poulton and Alan Walker, Charlottetown. Arsenault notched the grand-slam aboard Waterside Light for Larry and Kathy Chappell, Marshfield, PE.

In other action, Swingirl remains perfect since arriving on PEI. The mare made a sweeping move down the backstretch to secure the win. Corey MacPherson did the driving for the new ownership team RedIslandhorseownersclub of Stratford, PE.
