Perretti property did not sell on Wednesday

The Newark Star-Ledger is reporting that a 310-acre farm, one of several horse breeding operations owned by Perretti Farms, New Jersey's largest breeder of harness racing Standardbreds, did not sell at auction on Wednesday (Oct. 12) because the highest bid - $1.5 million - was not as much as the owners had anticipated.
