Onsite Photographic - 2007 Desperate Lady stake division - Dr Nabrinsky (Del Chupp) strides out at the finish of her winning 1:58.1 mile in Friday night's first division of the $15,000 Desperate Lady stake for ICF 3-year-old pacing fillies at Maywood Park

Dr Nabrinsky made her second straight "house call" to the winner's circle at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs Tuesday night, winning the open I pace for fillies and mares two straight weeks. Leaving from the four post, winning harness racing driver Jason Bartlett had the first quarter lead that was timed in 27.3 over a sloppy racetrack followed by Diva Delight (Andrew McCarthy), Ireneonthemove (Greg Grismore) and Pancleefandarpels (Jim Morrill Jr.).

Pancleefandarpels was the new leader at the half, registered in 56.2 before Ireneonthemove went to the front with Dr Nabrinsky only a length back along the pylons. Bartlett took Dr Nabrinsky to the Pocono Pike (passing lane) coming down the stretch to win by a nose over Pancleefandarpels with Ireneonthemove third in the race. Time of the mile was 1:54.

There were six horses in the race within two lengths at the wire, including Native Bride (Brian Sears) who finished sixth in this race on her first start of the 2009 season after amassing more than $555,000 in purses last year with 16 wins on 21 starts. She left from the eight hole in this race.

Al Pellegrini trains Dr Nabrinsky, winner of six of 33 starts in 2009 and earnings of more than $116,000.

Ladycino, driven by Sears, won the Open II pace for the gals, pacing the mile in 1:54. The Mark Ford-trained mare won for the sixth time in 22 starts this year. Ladycino battled Mind Boggling (McCarthy) the entire last quarter of the race with neither horse giving in before Ladycino won this race by a neck.

Witch Is Bettor (Jim Morrill Jr.) was third in this race.

Bartlett also won the Open III race for fillies and mares with 9-1 longshot Major Trap. This mile also went in 1:54 with Jessalilmixup (Anthony Napolitano) second and race favorite La Diavla (Larry Stalbaum) third. This mile also went in 1:54.

Ronald McArthur trains Major Trap.
