The superb Saturday card at Kincsem Park saw 1.2/1 odds Unno del Duomo (8m Ganymede-Irma del Duomo-Lemon Dra) rally at the top stretch to then draw off for the 1.15.6kr victory in the featured Geza Sennyey Memorial (purse 1,500,000Huf, 1800 meters autostart).

Harness racing driver Sandor Kolozsi teamed the first time 2021 winner in HU for trainer Dora Kovacs. He has five wins in Hungary in seven career starts there.

The 5.7/1 Alexander UR (7g Infinitif-Hoity Toity Face-Egon Lavec) was second for Lajos Marton and owner Prolongo. 7.3/1 Promo Kemp (7m Muscle Hill-Armbro Waikki-Garland Lobell) was third after setting the pace, with Istvan Papp at the lines for stable Prolongo (Joszef Rutkai). This one was bred by Steve Stewart and partners in Lexington, KY.

On the undercard was the Globus DIJ (purse 665,000Huf, 1900 meters autostart) and 1.6/1 Longines (7f Conway Hall-Kentucky Love Song) sat the pocket before wearing down pacesetting Zapato (6m Frullino Jet), reined by Tibor Hajnal.

Gyorgy Horvath teamed the winner for trainer Imre Fazekas as the Kornelius Heitmann bred mare won for the 19th time in 24 career starts and she was game to the wire from her covered position. Third was Unika Vik (8f Cantab Hall) for Laszlo Kolozsi.


The Evi Amator Kupa (purse 600,000Huf, 1900 meters autostart) was won in 1.17.0kr by the Andrea Fazekas reined Lingot AT (6m Jasmin d’Odyssee-Likviditus-Gills Victory). Balasz Jukasz trains the 9/2 odds winner that was bred by Animal Trade Racing Team of Szerbia.
