CHESTER, Pa. -- Jack's Shadow N ($4.00) successfully avenged last week's defeat to Whos Better at Harrah's Philadelphia with a 1:50.3 harness racing score in Sunday afternoon's featured $14,400 top-level conditioned pace at the riverside racetrack.

After mid-race traffic trouble left Jack's Shadow N an insurmountable task last week, driver Tim Tetrick opted to send the 7-year-old Shadow Play gelding immediately to the lead at race's outset, clearing Whos Better and Dexter Dunn through a :26.3 quarter. After rating a soft :29.3 second sectional, Jack's Shadow N was forced to accelerate up the backstretch when faced with mild first-over pressure from Dealer's Table (Yannick Gingras). Jack's Shadow easily turned aside his outside rival past three-quarters in 1:23.3, and kept Whos Better three-quarters of a length at bay at the winning post. Precision Bluechip (Simon Allard) finished third, another four lengths behind.

In the afternoon's top distaff pace, a $11,600 high-level conditioned event, Eclipse Me N ($4.60) sprinted clear through the far turn to defeat Disturbed Hanover and Tango Dancer N by eight lengths in 1:50.2. Simon Allard drove the 9-year-old daughter of Real Desire for trainer Lou Pena and the partnership of the D Racing Stable, Yves Sarrazin and Donald MacRae.

Tetrick and Yannick Gingras led all drivers with three wins apiece on the 14-race card.

Live racing returns to Harrah's Philadelphia on Wednesday, with a 13-race card slated to commence at 12:25 p.m. Players are reminded that free past performance pages are available for all Harrah's Philadelphia races via the Pennsylvania Harness Horsemen's Association website (
